The magnetic roller, a core component of printers used to carry toner powder, is made of Ferrite and PA6 compound. It can flexibly realize with multiple radial poles, like 4 poles, 5 poles, 6 poles, with a uniform surface magnetic field.
Because of high length-to-diameter ratio of the magnetic rod (≥30), the injection molding and extrusion methods are used to not only improve production efficiency, but also ensure accurate dimension, uniform magnetic field distribution, and robust mechanical properties.
