Flowmeter induction rotor
Flowmeter induction rotor uses Ferrite and PA12 or other series as raw materials. It is injection molded into the shape of a cross, which is suitable for mass production and can reduce the assembly cost by using the metal axis as an insert. Each blade is N or S pole, and the induction signal is obtained through the rotation of the blade in the process of water flow, so as to obtain the flow data. The flow rotor size varies, with the smallest under 5mm³, which are widely used in various flow testing devices. Optimized material toughness and fluidity enable smooth injection even at thin spots, reducing breakage risks.
High-speed Motor
High-speed motor is common in daily necessities such as hairdryers, vacuum cleaners and also power tools, whose general speed is more than 30,000 RPM, and highest may exceed 100,000 RPM. At high rotational speed, the sintered magnetic is easy to crack, while the conventional injection molded magnetic material is difficult to withstand.
In response to the needs of this type of motor, we have developed the use of injection molded Ferrite and rare earth materials to make motors suitable for more than 50,000 RPM. Similarly, we also have high mechanical properties materials for the magnetic ring of the high-speed motor.
